Dear Gladys and Patrick,
My husband just came back from the storage unit, reporting that the UPS pick up man was extremely professional and efficient, packed all of Tim's boxes onto a pallet and shrink-wrapped it all securely.
Thank you both very much for your help during this process which is very foreign (bad pun, sorry) to me. Tim was correct in asking your company to handle this transaction. Now we look forward to the shipment's arrival in Switzerland.
